I came up with this recipe after paying good money at a local shop.It is a taste of summer, enjoy.

Ingredients

- one box white cake mix
- one box blackberry jello
- 3/4 cup vegtable oil
- 4 eggs
- two cups fresh or frozen blackberries(sweeting with 1/2 cup of sugar)
- 3/4 cup water

How To Make blackberry cake

Step 1

Mix cake mix, jello, eggs, oil, water, slowly mix in drained berries, save juice for icing, pour into a tube pan sprayed with Baking spray, bake at 350 for 50 to 60 mins.Let cool for 10 mins remove from pan.

Step 2

You can make icing with soft butter, juice and powder sugar, often I just dust with powder sugar.
