This is my all-time favorite pound cake I have been making for 20 years. It is better after the second or third day! ENJOY!

Ingredients
- 2 cups butter (do not substitute)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 cups cake flour or 2 2/3 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups black walnut pieces
- 6 - eggs
How To Make black walnut cream cheese pound cake

Step 1In bowl, whip butter and cream cheese together. Gradually add sugar and beat until thoroughly dissolved. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in flour gradually. Stir in vanilla and black walnut pieces.

Step 2Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 - 75 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes before inverting. DELISH!!
