How to Make Black Russian cake
- Beat first 7 ingredients (thru kahlua) and 1/4 C Kahlua at medium speed until smooth; pour into a greased and loured Bundt pan
- Bake at 350 for 50 minutes
- Combine remaining 1/4 C Kahlua and powdered sugar, stirring until smooth. Let cake cool slightly. remove cake form pan. Puncture surface with a large wooden pick and brush with glaze. Let harden 9 the glaze will soak into the cake)
- Garnish with shaved or curled chocolate if desired .
