    yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg
    chocolate pudding mix (can use sugar free)
  • 4 large
  • 1 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c
    kahlua - divided
  • 1/2 c
    powdered suagr

How to Make Black Russian cake


  1. Beat first 7 ingredients (thru kahlua) and 1/4 C Kahlua at medium speed until smooth; pour into a greased and loured Bundt pan
  2. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes
  3. Combine remaining 1/4 C Kahlua and powdered sugar, stirring until smooth. Let cake cool slightly. remove cake form pan. Puncture surface with a large wooden pick and brush with glaze. Let harden 9 the glaze will soak into the cake)
  4. Garnish with shaved or curled chocolate if desired .
