No matter where I bring this cake it is a very big hit. Not for children - there's alcohol in it. One time when I was making this cake, I realized too late that I didn't have any half and half - no fat, or otherwise, so I used fat free Hazelnut Cremora - it was wonderful.

Ingredients
- 1 package chocolate cake mix (any brand)
- 1 package 3.9 oz. instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 sticks butter (melted and cooled slightly)
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 1/2 cup kahlua
- 1/2 cup fat free half and half (or regular)
- 4 large eggs
- GLAZE
- 1 1/2 cups confectionary sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter - softened
- 3-5 tablespoons kahlua

Step 1Heat oven to 350 - spray a 12 cup bundt pan with pan

Step 2Combine all cake ingredients in a large bowl. Beat at low speed for 30 seconds, increase speed to medium, beat 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan and bake 50-60 minutes. Cool and remove from pan

Step 3For the Glaze: Combine Confectionary sugar, butter and enough Kahlua for desired glazing consistency in a small bowl. Beat at low speed until sugar is moistened. Increase speed and beat until creamy. Drizzle over cooled cake.
