No matter where I bring this cake it is a very big hit. Not for children - there's alcohol in it.

One time when I was making this cake, I realized too late that I didn't have any half and half - no fat, or otherwise, so I used fat free Hazelnut Cremora - it was wonderful.

Ingredients

1 pkg
chocolate cake mix (any brand)
1 pkg
3.9 oz. instant chocolate pudding mix
2 stick
butter (melted and cooled slightly)
1/4 c
vodka
1/2 c
kahlua
1/2 c
fat free half and half (or regular)
4 large
eggs

GLAZE

1 1/2 c
confectionary sugar
1 Tbsp
butter - softened
3-5 Tbsp
kahlua

Step-By-Step

1Heat oven to 350 - spray a 12 cup bundt pan with pan
2Combine all cake ingredients in a large bowl. Beat at low speed for 30 seconds, increase speed to medium, beat 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan and bake 50-60 minutes. Cool and remove from pan
3For the Glaze: Combine Confectionary sugar, butter and enough Kahlua for desired glazing consistency in a small bowl. Beat at low speed until sugar is moistened. Increase speed and beat until creamy. Drizzle over cooled cake.
