Ingredients
- CAKE BATTER
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 - egg
- 1 cup blueberries, fresh
- TOPPING
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 stick butter (firm)
- 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2Blend together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

Step 3Add oil, milk, egg and blueberries and blend. Beat thoroughly for 30 seconds and spread in a greased 8 inch square or 9 1/2 inch round pan.

Step 4In a separate small mixing bowl, combine topping ingredients (except for berries) and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter and top with remaining berries. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Raspberries may be substituted.
