Ingredients

2 cans 21 oz, cherry pie filling
1 box chocolate cake mix
1/2 cup butter, sliced into 12 thin slices
1 cup chocolate chips

How To Make black forest cake

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 pan. Spread pie filling on bottom of pan and sprinkle the cake mixture on top.

Step 2

Evenly place butter slices on top and sprinkle the chocolate chips over all.
Step 3

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the fruit is bubbling and the cake is set.
