Ingredients

  • FILLING:
  • 8 ounces 1 pkg 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • CAKE:
  • 1 medium egg beaten
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make black bottom cupcakes

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Mix cream cheese, sugar, salt, egg, and chips and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Mix in the remaining ingredients. Spoon into muffin cups.
  • Step 3
    Drop dollup of filling in center of each cake mix in muffin cups. Bake for about 20 mins until toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
