This is the second black bean recipe I said I would post.

Ingredients
- 1 - 15 oz can black beans, drained and rince
- 6 - egg whites
- 4 - ounces of unsweet chocolate or 12t cocoa powder and 4t oil
- 1 tablespoon light butter, soft
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee powder
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 - 9 x 13 pan sprayed with non stick spray

Step 1Blend 2 egg whites and beans until smooth

Step 2put chocolate and butter in microwave for 60-90 seconds, stirring ever 30 seconds.

Step 3Combine bean puree, sugar, flour, coffee, other egg whites . Blend in chocolate and fold in nuts.

Step 4Bake 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
