- Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 pan.
- Spread peaches in bottom of prepared pan; sprinkle peaches with desired amount of cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Beat the rest of the ingredients on low speed, scraping bowl constantly, for 30 seconds. Then beat on medium speed for 4 minutes; scraping bowl occasionally.
- Pour batter over peaches. Bake until wooden pick inserted into center comes out clean, about 30 to 35 minutes.
