My mom would make this on occasion when I was growing up. It is the cake that I most request from my mom. I think that this is the Velvet Crumb recipe from the the Bisquick box but I am not sure how mom got the idea to add the peaches. Wherever she got the idea, it is a good one and I still ask her to make this for my birthdays.

1/2 c
1/2 c
2 Tbsp
1 tsp
pure vanilla extract
1 (26oz) can(s)
peaches, drained
cinnamon to taste
3 Tbsp
brown sugar

How to Make Bisquick Velvet Crumb Cake with Peaches


  • 1Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 pan.
  • 2Spread peaches in bottom of prepared pan; sprinkle peaches with desired amount of cinnamon and brown sugar.
  • 3Beat the rest of the ingredients on low speed, scraping bowl constantly, for 30 seconds. Then beat on medium speed for 4 minutes; scraping bowl occasionally.
  • 4Pour batter over peaches. Bake until wooden pick inserted into center comes out clean, about 30 to 35 minutes.
