    crushed pineapple with juices 15 oz
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda

    vanilla extract
  • CREAM CHEESE ICING

  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 2 c
    confectioners' sugar
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese
  • OPTIONAL TOPPING

    toasted sweetend coconut

How to Make Birdie Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix cake ingredients together and pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes
  2. Blend all ingredients for icing together and ice cake when it cools
