Ingredients
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 3 large eggs
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup mini semisweet choclate chips
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- vanilla ice cream
How To Make bigolebill's rocking chocolate cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 F.

Step 2Oil the bottom and sides of a 9 X 13-inch pan using vegetable oil.

Step 3Evenly spread the coconut and walnuts on the bottom of the pan.

Step 4In a mixer, mix the boxed cake mix, eggs, water and oil until well combined.

Step 5Pour the batter of the coconuts and walnuts in the pan. Sprinkle the mini chocolate chips over the batter evenly.

Step 6Beat the cream cheese in a mixer until smooth. Add the butter and mix until combined. Add the powdered sugar a little at a time and mix until smooth.

Step 7Dollop the cream cheese mixture over the top of the batter using a large tablespoon. Use a kitchen knife to swirl the dollops into the cake batter.

Step 8Bake for 35 minutes, or until the center of the cake is set.

Step 9Once the cake is cool, top with vanilla ice cream and enjoy.

Step 10When cooled, the cake will have indentations on top. This is normal.
