How To Make big ole bill's pineapple walnut cake

1Gather your ingredients

2Preheat oven to 350 degrees

3Lightly grease a 9 x 13 pan

4Mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, vanilla, eggs, coconut, chopped walnuts and pineapple with juice in a mixer bowl and combine thoroughly and pour into 9x13 baking pan

5Bake for 25 to 30 minutes take out of the and start cooling it off

6While waiting for cake to cool start making your frosting

7Beat the cream cheese and butter together until creamy

8Add sugar and vanilla and beat until creamy Note: The frosting will be thick

9While cake is still warm but not hot poke holes in the cake, put on frosting and garnish with chopped walnuts
