This is a simple easy to make and great Coffee Cake recipe! You'll enjoy the decadence of the flavor and it's not dry. If you find that your altitude is high add a little less flower, if you're in a dry environment add a little more oil and one more egg! Simple, fun and easy to do recipe!

Ingredients
- 8 cups all purpose flour
- 6 cups sugar
- 3 teaspoons kosher salt
- 7 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 pound butter, softened
- 6 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons allspice, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 cups walnut pieces
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
How To Make big daddy's coffee cake

Step 1Combine first 4 ingredients with a fork, add in oil and stir until crumbly. Set aside 7 ½ cups of this mixture in a separate bowl.

Step 2In original bowl, add in the eggs and milk and stir or mix until well blended.

Step 3Pour mixture into greased ½ cake sheet pan. For topping, add the remaining ingredients to the 7 ½ cups set aside earlier, chop butter into small pieces and combine, sprinkle over top of base cake mix, place in preheated 375° oven for approximately 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean when inserted.

Step 4Cool for 15 minutes, sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
