big daddy's brownies
BD was craving brownies today and thought I'd experiment with it today. Needless to say he's one happy camper right now. And not moving from his recliner tonight for sure. hehehe Enjoy

Ingredients
- 1 package brownie mix (low fat)
- 1 large egg
- 4 ounces sour cream
- 1 package white chocolate pudding mix (3 oz)
- 1 tablespoon white chocolate flavoring
- - pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee powder
- 8 ounces bar of sweet german chocolate chopped
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water

Step 1Though this is a boxed mix, I always use my own ingredients and that's what I did here. Mixed all ingredients by hand them put into 8x8 baking dish and baked at 350 degrees for approximately 25 minutes in a convection oven.

Step 2Had a tub of chocolate fudge icing and when it was cool, spread that on top. So yummy.
