1 cchopped pecans/or what types of nuts you prefer

3/4 cvery good cooking oil (don't scrimp on the cost;it makes a difference in the taste)

2 cgranulated sugar

2 lgeggs, beaten

1 tspgood vanilla flavoring

2 call purpose flour

1 tspsalt

1 tspbaking soda

1 tspground cinnamon
- GLAZE FOR CAKE

1/2 cpowdered sugar

2-4 Tbspfresh lemon juice (depending on how thick or thin you like it)
How To Make betty's fresh apple cake

1Mix together oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add apples or apple sauce and nuts and mix well. Sift dry ingredients together and add to the wet mixture. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

2Glaze: Mix together powdered sugar with a small amount of lemon juice and dizzle over the cooled cake.
