11.Bake cake according to directions. Cool completely but do not remove the cake from the pan.
2.After the cake has cooled, make holes in the entire top of the cake using the handle of a wooden spoon.
3.Pour (one at a time) fudge, butterscotch, and condensed milk over the top of the cake and let each flavor soak in before adding the next.
4.Frost the cake with the whipped topping.
5.Drizzle more caramel sauce on top.
6.Sprinkle toffee pieces on top.
