How To Make better than anything cake

Step 1

bake cake as directed on box using a 9x13x2 pyrex baking dish. Remove cake from oven and while still warm, use a wooden spoon handle to poke several uniform holes in the cake. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over warm cake. Repeat with both ice cream toppings. Refrigerate. When cake is cool, serve with whipped topping and toffee bits.
