- 3 cups cake flour
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 sticks butter, room temperature
- 1 package cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest, grated
- 1 teaspoon yellow food coloring
- 1 teaspoon butter flavoring
- 6 large eggs

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 .Grease and flour bunt pan. cream together butter , cream cheese,& sugar,about 3 minutes or until smooth.Add your flavoring,color,&zest for 1 minute.In a seprate bowl mix together your dry ingredients,then add them to your butter mixture.While mixing add your eggs .Beat for 2 minutes.Pour into bunt pan . Please be aware that ovens may very Ive made this cake alot at different peoples houses sometimes your cake may take longer or shorter time .always use the toothpick method.

Step 2Alow cake to cool for 10 minutes then remove from pan .most people love this cake just like this .But I also make a lemon cornstarch sauce that is very popular as well.
