"best ever" pineapple cake

This is my family's favorite cake. So easy to make and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple
  • 1 can (16-oz.size)ready made cream cheese frosting

How To Make "best ever" pineapple cake

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking soda, eggs, vanilla, and crushed pineapple with juice. No need to use a mixer. Just mix with a large spoon.
  • Step 2
    Grease pan. Pour in a cake pan or sometimes I use a medium size cookie sheet for thinner pieces.
  • Step 3
    Bake on 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Step 4
    Let cool and then spread top of cake with the cream cheese frosting. Enjoy!
