Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups white sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 - eggs
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple
- 1 can (16-oz.size)ready made cream cheese frosting
How To Make "best ever" pineapple cake

Step 1In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking soda, eggs, vanilla, and crushed pineapple with juice. No need to use a mixer. Just mix with a large spoon.

Step 2Grease pan. Pour in a cake pan or sometimes I use a medium size cookie sheet for thinner pieces.

Step 3Bake on 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Step 4Let cool and then spread top of cake with the cream cheese frosting. Enjoy!
