best ever coconut cake
my cousin gave me this recipe and i think it is the best coconut cake i have ever ate.

Ingredients
- - 1 box yellow cake mix
- - 2 bags frozen coconut
- - 2 cups sugar
- - 2 8 oz. sour cream
- - 3/4 cup water
- - 3 tbs. sugar
How To Make best ever coconut cake

Step 1Bake cake according to box directions. While cake is baking, mix 3/4 cup water with 3 Tbs. sugar, set aside.

Step 2While cake is cooling, mix 2 cups sugar with 2 8 oz.sour cream, mix well to dissolve the sugar. Then add the 2 bags of frozen coconut.

Step 3when cake is cool, split in half to make two layers.{i put cake out on wax paper and use long knife to split it}. I put the bottom layer back in the pan and drizzle half the water,sugar mixture over. Then put half the sour cream mixture over that. Put top layer back on and repeat the process with the rest of ingredients. Best if stored in the fridge for 3 or 4 days.
