Ingredients

  • 18.25 ounces cake mix, lemon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 8 ounces sour cream , room temperature
  • 4 - egg whites, whipped
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon peel, grated

How To Make berry lemon cake

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven at 350.
  • Step 2
    Prepare a 12-cup bundt pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside.
  • Step 3
    In a mixing bowl combine cake mix and baking powder; set aside.
  • Step 4
    In another mixing bowl, combine blueberries, sour cream, egg whites, oil and lemon peel.
  • Step 5
    Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just until moistened.
  • Step 6
    Pour batter into prepared pan; bake for 40 minutes.
  • Step 7
    Serving Ideas : Serve warm or cool with powdered sugar or whipped cream.
