Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 7 tablespoons sugar or splenda sugar or stevia,divided
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt or light salt
- 1 - large egg
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 bag frozen mixed berries or fruit
- 3 cups plain nonfat greek yogurt or cool whip
How To Make berry cake and yogurt

Step 1Preheat oven to 350F. Meanwhile, combine flour, all but 2 teaspoons of sugar or Splenda sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, buttermilk, egg, oil and extract in medium bowl.

Step 2Whisk together until smooth and pour into an 8-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray. top with frozen berries or fruit.

Step 3Bake 1 hour or until browned and a wooden pick inserted 2 inches from edge come out clean. Remove from oven place pan on cooling rack and sprinkle with remaining sugar. Serve hot, warm or room temperature with yogurt on the side or Cool whip.
