Ingredients

1 - box brownie mix (cake like brownies)
1/4 cup strawberry jam, melt
6 ounces white chocolate squares for baking (white chocolate chips can be used)
16 ounces whipped topping, thawed.
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cups strawberries, sliced

How To Make berries and cream brownie squares from pampered chef

Step 1

Prepare brownie mix according to package directions for cake like brownies. Cool completely. Brush jam over brownie. Microwave white chocolate, stirring after each 30 second interval; set aside. Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar, whisk until smooth. Add melted chocolate, mix well. Fold in whipped topping until well blended. Mix in lemon juice (mixture will thicken slightly).

Step 2

Spread filling mixture over brownie; top with sliced strawberries (you could even substitute blueberries). Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve. DELISH!!!
