1Combine all cake ingredients with the melted
and cooled chocolate.Bake in a prepared 13x9 pan or
two deep 8 inch pans.Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until tooth pick inserted in center comes out clean.
2For frosting combine brown sugar,milk and butter.
Boil for four minutes remove from heat and allow to cool.Beat until thick and creamy and spread on cake.
