I made these cupcakes for a college age Christmas party and it was a hit. Even the boys wanted the recipe to share with their moms. I did not use a frosting, the filling serves as a center decoration when it cooks it leaves a small claw print on the top. I hope you like it.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/8 cups sugar
- 2 1/4 cups cocoa, unsweetened dry
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1/4 ounce cooking oil
- FILLING
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 - egg
- 6 ounces chocolate semi sweet chips

Step 1Preheat at 350 degrees mix dry ingredients

Step 2add oil, water, vinegar fill 1/2 cupcake liners

Step 3in separate bowl mix filling ingredients together whip cream cheese, sugar and eggs add chocolate chips

Step 4add 1 tablespoon of filling mixture in center of batter of each cupcake
