Use my recipe for friendship bread starter to give this its traditional tangy yet sweet taste. Altho this is the 'bare bones' recipe, u can add to it and switch it up with all kinds of goodies- a cup of smashed banana, some nuts, raisins, whatever u like in a quick bread - enjoy!
1While preheating oven to 325 degrees, mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a seperate bowl, whisk the eggs lightly into the oil and then stir the egg/oil mix into the starter. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour the wet ingredients. Mix til incorporated and pour into a greased/sprayed loaf pan
2Bake at 325 degrees for 45 mins to an hour. Let cool for 10 mins and then remove from pan and place on a rack to finish cooling. Enjoy!
