We had a potluck luncheon at work and this was one of the cakes that Barbara brought along. It was so delicious. I hope this becomes one of your favorites as well.

Ingredients
- 1 - package yellow cake mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 2 - packages (4 serving size) jello lemon flavor instant pudding
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
How To Make barbara's lemon lush cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake batter as directed on package. Pour into greased 13X9 inch pan-set aside.

Step 2Pour milk and water into large bowl. Add dry pudding mix and granulated sugar. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended.

Step 3Pour over batter. Place baking pan on cookie sheet to catch any sauce that might bubble over.

Step 4Bake 55 minutes to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Step 5Cool then sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve warm or cold.
