1In large mixing bowl, beat- on low speed- all cake ingredients except the nuts and Heath bits til moistened- then increase speed to medium. Fold in 1 cup toasted pecans and 1 cup Heath chocolate-toffee bits & pour into greased & floured 9 x 13 in pan..Bake for 32- 35 min @ 350. Cool completely.
2For icing- in saucepan melt the butter & brown sugar the the milk or cream and simmer one minute. Remove from heat and whisk in 2/3 cup powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth, spread glaze over cake and sprinkle with 1/2 cup of toasted pecans and 1 cup Heath choc-toffee bits.
