This recipe is from Duncan Hines Signature Banana Supreme Cake Mix. I am always searching for new recipes to try, on side of the box there was a recipe for Banana Coffee Cake which calls for Streusel, the Cake itself sounded great so thought I would try it. It was delicous, my family enjoys Bundt Cakes.

Ingredients

1 package 1 package duncan hines signature banana supreme calke mix
1 3/4 packages vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
4 - large eggs
1 cup ripe mashed bananas
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water

How To Make banana supreme cake

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour 10 inch Bundt pan or tube pan.

Step 2

For cake, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, banana, oil and water in large bowl. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour batter into pan.
Step 3

Bake at 350 degrees F for 55 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 25 minutes. Invert onto cooling rack. Cool completely.
Step 4

I used a can of Cream Cheese Frosting for the glaze.
