Banana Split Pie
As we were getting closer to the dessert time the first to go was the Banana split pie.
Everyone was raving some did not get to try it.
Needless to say I had to make two more for the out of town families to take home.
And I enjoyed every minute making it for them.?
- (1) stick of butter, 5 or 6 bananas, one (lg)can crushed pineapple in heavy surup(drained save for later use), (16oz bar) cream cheese, (2) cups powder sugar, 2 or 3 pks(out of bx) graham crackers, lg tub cool whip, pecans, cherries.
- cherries and pecans for topping. only for presentation, place cherries on right before you serve not prior or it will color the cool whip, not a pretty picture.
