I got this recipe from my mom many years ago. She gave it to me to make for my then boyfriend's birthday. Now he's my husband 30 yrs later. Guess it worked! Hope you enjoy this as much as we do.

Ingredients
- 1 - cube margarine or butter softened
- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 2 - eggs
- 2 - another 2 cubes of margarine or butter softened
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3-4 - fresh bananas
- 1 can crushed pineapple (drained)
- 1 large carton cool whip
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup maraschino cherries

Step 1Mix and pat in a 9x13 cake dish 1 cube margarine and 2 cups graham crackers set aside. Beat the following for no less than 15 mins. 2 eggs 2 cubes of margarine softened 2 tsp vanilla 2 cups powdered sugar. Spread mixture over graham cracker crust then cover with sliced bananas add one can crushed pineapple make sure it's drained well. Cover with large carton of cool whip sprinkle with 3/4 chopped walnuts and 1/2 cup cherries. Chill several hours or overnight.
