I found this recipe in a magazine and made it for a Foodbank baking contest we had 2 years ago. I won 1st place and people are still requesting this recipe till today.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/4 cups sugar, divided
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 packages 8 0z. philadelphia cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
- 6 medium bananas, divided
- 2 cups cold milk
- 2 packages (4 oz serving size) jello vanilla flavor instant pudding & pie filling
- 2 cups thawed cool whip topping, divided
- 1 cup chopped walnuts

Step 1Mix crumbs, 1/4 c sugar and butter, press onto bottom of foil-lined 13"x 9" pan. Freeze 10 min. Beat cream cheese and remaining 1 c sugar in bowl till well blended.Carefully spread cream cheese mixture over crust.

Step 2Top with pineapple.Slice 4 bananas, arrange over pineapple. Pour milk into large bowl and add dry pudding mix.Beat with wire wisk 2 minutes or till blended.Stir in 1 c whipped topping; spread over banana layer.Top with remaining whipped topping ; sprinkle with walnuts.Refrigerate for 5 hrs. Slice remaining 2 bananas over the top just before serving.
