1Mix crumbs, 1/4 c sugar and butter, press onto bottom of foil-lined 13"x 9" pan. Freeze 10 min. Beat cream cheese and remaining 1 c sugar in bowl till well blended.Carefully spread cream cheese mixture over crust.
2Top with pineapple.Slice 4 bananas, arrange over pineapple. Pour milk into large bowl and add dry pudding mix.Beat with wire wisk 2 minutes or till blended.Stir in 1 c whipped topping; spread over banana layer.Top with remaining whipped topping ; sprinkle with walnuts.Refrigerate for 5 hrs. Slice remaining 2 bananas over the top just before serving.
