Ingredients
- 2/3 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups white and brown sugar mixed
- 2 3/4 cups sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 - eggs
- 1 1/2 - banana
How To Make banana sour cream walnut loaf

Step 1Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add eggs and banana,beat well.

Step 2Sift together flour, powders and salt.Add alternately with sour cream stirring just to blend.( I add mini chocolate chips and coconut )

Step 3Grease and flour pans on BOTTOM ONLY.Spoon batter into two medium size bread pans.(4 1/2 x 8 1/2 )or one large bread pan.

Step 4Bake @ 350 degrees for 50- 60 min. Cool 20 min then remove from pans. ENJOY
