Ingredients
- 1 medium banana
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 4 - egg whites, beaten until frothy
- 1/2 cup raisins
How To Make banana-raisin brownies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use a nonstick 8-inch square baking pan, or line baking pan with a baking pan liner or spray with vegetable cooking spray.

Step 2Place banana, orange juice and vanilla extract in blender or food processor and puree.

Step 3Sift sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt, if using, into a mixing bowl.

Step 4Stir in banana puree, egg whites and raisins.

Step 5Transfer batter to baking pan. Bake for 35 Minutes. Cool on wire rack. Cut into twelve squares.
