Ingredients For banana pecan loaf

  • 1 stick
    + 2 tsp. unsalted butter
  • 3/4 c
    + 2 tsp. sugar
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 3
    banana's (slightly mashed)
  • 1 c
    toasted pecans, chopped
  • 2 c
    self-rising flour

How To Make banana pecan loaf

  • 1
    Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2
    Cream butter and sugar together; add eggs, and beat until smooth.
  • 3
    Add flour and bananas alternately. Add pecans.

    Bake for 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
