Ingredients

  • 1 stick + 2 tsp. unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup + 2 tsp. sugar
  • 2 - eggs, beaten
  • 3 - banana's (slightly mashed)
  • 1 cup toasted pecans, chopped
  • 2 cups self-rising flour

How To Make banana pecan loaf

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Cream butter and sugar together; add eggs, and beat until smooth.
  • Step 3
    Add flour and bananas alternately. Add pecans.
  • Step 4
    Bake for 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
