Ingredients
- 1 stick + 2 tsp. unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup + 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 3 - banana's (slightly mashed)
- 1 cup toasted pecans, chopped
- 2 cups self-rising flour
How To Make banana pecan loaf

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Cream butter and sugar together; add eggs, and beat until smooth.

Step 3Add flour and bananas alternately. Add pecans.

Step 4Bake for 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
