Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 box 3.4-ounce vanilla instant pudding
- 1 cup water
- 4 - eggs
- ¼ cup oil
- 2 - small ripe bananas
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- - cinnamon (optional)
How To Make banana nut pound cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan and set aside. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, cinnamon, water, eggs and oil in a large bowl. Mix for two minutes on medium speed. Stir in bananas and nuts. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes. Cool completely and glaze if desired.
