This is one of our favorites and a great way to use ripe bananas.

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 box 3.4-ounce vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 - eggs
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 2 - small ripe bananas
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • - cinnamon (optional)

How To Make banana nut pound cake

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan and set aside. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, cinnamon, water, eggs and oil in a large bowl. Mix for two minutes on medium speed. Stir in bananas and nuts. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes. Cool completely and glaze if desired.
