Ingredients
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup milk, skim
- 1 dash lemon juice
- 2 - egg whites
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- GLAZE INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons milk, skim
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make banana fudge cake

Step 1Combine the flours, cocoa, sugar, baking soda and salt and stir to mix well.

Step 2Add the banana, soured milk (milk with dash of lemon juice... or buttermilk will work), egg whites and vanilla extract, and stir to mix well.

Step 3Coat a 9x13 pan with nonstick cooking spray; spread the batter evenly in the pan.

Step 4Bake at 350 for about 35 minutes, or just until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean; cool the cake to room temperature.

Step 5To make the glaze, combine the glaze ingredients in a small bowl.

Step 6Microwave for 35 seconds or until runny.

Step 7Drizzle the glaze over the cake and let harden before cutting in squares and serving.
