My grand daughter,age 5 loves to cook. She made this easy and yummy favorite(she does everything but the electric mixing) You too will FLIP over this easy,cool, and delicious dessert!Great for a summer dinner party or family get together.

Ingredients

  • BANANA FLIP CAKE

  • 1 box
    prepared yellow cake mix
  • 4 medium
    over ripe bananas- mashed
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • TOPPING

  • 16 oz
    cool whip
  • 3.5 0Z box
    instant banana pudding
  • 1/2 c
    coarse chopped walnuts

How to Make BANANA FLIP CAKE

Step-by-Step

  1. LIGHTLY GREASE AND FLOUR 9X13 CAKE PAN
  2. PREPARE YELLOW CAKE MIX ACCORDING TO THE PACKAGE DIRECTIONS.
  3. MASH BANANAS THOUGHLY WITH THE BAKING SODA
  4. GENTLY STIR THE BANANA MIXTURE INTO THE CAKE BATTER,BLEND WELL
  5. POUR MIXTURE INTO CAKE PAN , TAP PAN ON COUNTER TO REMOVE AIR BUBBLES
  6. PLACE PAN INTO A COLD OVEN, TURN TEMPERATURE TO 350 DEGREES AND BAKE TILL TOOTHPICK COMES OUT CLEAN APPROX. 50-60 MINUTES.
  7. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND COOL COMPLETELY ON RACK THEN REFRIDGERATE
  8. TOPPING
  9. STIR 1 SMALL BOX INSTANT BANANA PUDDING INTO 1 MEDIUM CONTAINER OF THAWED COOL WHIP. MIX WELL WITH A WISK. DO NOT OVER MIX
  10. SPREAD EVENLY OVER COOLED CAKE-KEEP IT FLUFFY-
    SPRINKLE WITH CHOPPED NUTS
    REFRIDGERATE UNTILL SERVED.
