Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    oleo (soft)
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    bananas (mashed)
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 box
    confectioners' sugar

How to Make Banana Dump Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a 9 X 13 pan.
  3. Mix together oleo, sugar, eggs, bananas, sour cream, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and 1 tsp of vanilla until smooth and pour into 9 x 13 pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
  5. While cake is baking, beat together the other tsp on vanilla, cream cheese, and confectioners' suger until smooth.
  6. Allow cake to cool before frosting.
  7. Enjoy banana, nut free bliss!
