I am making this cake right now for my daughters birthday I have had this receipe for a long time now ,its her favorate. spices ,pudding ,whipped cream and sliced banans. yommmmmm

Ingredients
- 2 plus 2 tablespoons sifted cake flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup crisco
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanila
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
How To Make banana cream cake

Step 1sift flour ,sugar,baking powder and salt together. add crisco, milk and vanilla. beat 2 minutes,med speed. add eggs and beat 2 minutes. pour 1/2 batter into 8 or 9 'pan. blend spices to rest of batter pour into 2nd pan bake 30 to 35 minutes (350)..fill cented with vanilla pudding( i use 2 pks of cook and serve pudding, either vanilla or banana cream) and sliced banans( i soak the banans in pineapple juice so they dont turn brown) top with rest of pudding and sliced banans , frost sides with wipped cream and nuts if you like. enjoy
