Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup chocolate chips, chopped
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup buttermilk, i used fat free
- 3/4 cup light olive oil
- 1-1/3 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups ripe mashed bananas
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons butter
How To Make banana-chocolate bundt cake

Step 1Heat oven to 350 Spray a 10" bundt pan w/ cooking spray. In small bowl, combine 1st 4 ingredients, set aside. In lg bowl whisk together buttermilk, oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

Step 2Beat in remaining dry ingredients until combined. Stir in bananas. Spoon 1/3 cup batter into pan. Sprinkle w/ 1/2 the walnut/chocolate chips mix.

Step 3Spoon another 1/3 cup batter over walnut mix, sprinkle w/ remaining walnut mix. Bake about 50 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. While cake cools, Melt remaining chocolate chips and butter in microwave, stirring until melted. Let cool slightly, then drizzle over cake.
