Banana Cake

Doreen Fish

This is a cake not a loaf...also my son's favorite cake and one I make him every year on his birthday if I am close by. For the past 4 years I have been 2000 miles away so he didn't get his favorite cake so this year now that we are closer I hope to once more make him his favorite cake.
This recipe comes from the cookbook....The Cake Mix Doctor...great book and a really good banana cake.
I frost it with my "The Best Icing"flavored with banana yummy!!
