Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup un-salted butter
- 4 - ripe bananas, mashed
- 2/3 cup buttermilk
- Pinch - salt
How To Make banana cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2Grease and flour 2-8 inch round pans, set aside.

Step 3In small bowl whisk flour, baking soda and salt, set aside.

Step 4In large bowl cream butter, white sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Step 5Beat in eggs one at a time.

Step 6Mix in bananas, add flour mixture alternately with buttermilk.

Step 7Bake for 30 mins
