Ingredients
- 2 - eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/4 cup orange juice or lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mashed banana
How To Make banana cake

Step 1Cream eggs, sugar and margarine together. Mix well. Blend in mashed bananas,liquid and the vanilla.

Step 2Add remaining dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased 8 or 9" cake pan.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
