Ingredients

2 - eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup orange juice or lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup mashed banana

How To Make banana cake

Step 1

Cream eggs, sugar and margarine together. Mix well. Blend in mashed bananas,liquid and the vanilla.

Step 2

Add remaining dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased 8 or 9" cake pan.
Step 3

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
