Ingredients
- CAKE
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 - egg
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 - mashed banana 3/4 cup
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- FROSTING
- 2 tablespoons butter softened
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or extract
- 1 1/4 cups confectioners' sugar
How To Make banana cake

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 375

Step 2Cream sugar,sour cream egg and 2 tablespoons softened butter.

Step 3Add mashed bananas and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Step 4Add flour salt and baking soda;mix well.

Step 5Pour into greased 8x8 pan.Bake at 375 for 20-25 min. until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Step 6Cool completely before frosting.

Step 7Frosting: Cream butter and confectioners sugar together until smooth. Slowly add the heavy cream;stir until smooth. Stir in the vanilla bean paste or extract until fully incorporated. Spread on cake.
