Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter, softened
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 - over ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
How To Make banana bread

Step 1Cream butter, sugar and eggs in a large bowl with electric mixer.

Step 2In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.

Step 3Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix on low.

Step 4Add in the mashed bananas, buttermilk and vanilla, and mix well.

Step 5Pour batter evenly into the two greased loaf pans, then bake in oven at 350-degrees for 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Step 6Let cool completely before attempting to remove from pans. Slice when cool and enjoy!
