These are just delicious, soft, moist and just true fall flavors in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin, canned or cooked ( i steam chunks then puree them)
  • 1 package duncan hines spice cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup water, cold
  • 1/4 cup water, warm
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh or bottled
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

How To Make baked pumpkin spice donuts

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 325F and grease a 6 welled nonstick donut pan. Combine first 4 ingredients together and mix well.
  • Step 2
    Evenly fill each well with mix (you will do this 4 times)just shy of the well rim.
  • Step 3
    Bake for 16 minutes, remove from oven and let stand 2 minutes then remove and and place on cooling rack.
  • Step 4
    In a wide bowl, mix the lemon juice, powdered sugar and warm water until well mixed and slightly thickened. Dip one side of the donut into the glaze and place again on the cooling rack until completely at room temp (15 mins). Dust with powdered sugar to serve.
