Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 tablespoons cream
- 3 pounds sliced peaches
- TOPPING INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
How To Make bake and take peach coffee cake

Step 1Mix together flour, sugar, eggs, baking powder, butter and cream with hands to make a smooth dough.

Step 2If dough does not stick together, add 1-3 tablespoons more cream.

Step 3Put three quarters of the dough mixture into a greased 12x18 inch edged cookie sheet or jelly roll pan.

Step 4Roll with rolling pin or press with hands to cover entire pan including edges.

Step 5Cover dough with peaches and sprinkle with a little sugar.

Step 6To make topping, combine flour, butter and sugar into a crumb mixture.

Step 7Sprinkle over dough.

Step 8Roll rest of dough into strips and cover peaches with a lattice top.

Step 9Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes.
