Ingredients
- FOR CAKE
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 box 3.4 oz vanilla instant pudding
- 4 - eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup baileys
- FOR GLAZE
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup baileys
How To Make baileys irish cream bundt cake

Step 1Prepare bundt pan by greasing and flouring. Set oven to 325 degrees. Add the nuts into the bottom of the pan.

Step 2In a large mixing bowl add the remaining cake ingredients and mix on medium with electric mixer for 5 minutes. Pour mix evenly over nuts in cake pan. Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.

Step 3Cool cake about 10 minutes in the pan, and about 30 minutes out of pan on a wire rack. Heat all glaze ingredients EXCEPT Baileys over medium heat, and boil 5 minutes. Add Baileys. Prick top and sides of cake, and spoon and brush the glaze over the cake.
