Ingredients

  • FOR CAKE
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 box 3.4 oz vanilla instant pudding
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup baileys
  • FOR GLAZE
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup baileys

How To Make baileys irish cream bundt cake

  • Step 1
    Prepare bundt pan by greasing and flouring. Set oven to 325 degrees. Add the nuts into the bottom of the pan.
  • Step 2
    In a large mixing bowl add the remaining cake ingredients and mix on medium with electric mixer for 5 minutes. Pour mix evenly over nuts in cake pan. Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
  • Step 3
    Cool cake about 10 minutes in the pan, and about 30 minutes out of pan on a wire rack. Heat all glaze ingredients EXCEPT Baileys over medium heat, and boil 5 minutes. Add Baileys. Prick top and sides of cake, and spoon and brush the glaze over the cake.
