The mixture of chocolate and Bailey's is heavenly! I made these last for a St. Patrick's Day Party and they were a bit hit!

Ingredients
- 3 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 3 tablespoons bailey's irish cream
- 2/3 cup flour
- dash - salt
- 2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- DRIZZLE
- 3 tablespoons baileys irish cream
- FROSTING
- 3 tablespoons softened butter
- 3 to 4 tablespoons bailey's irish cream
- 3 cups confectioners' sugar
How To Make bailey's irish cream brownies

Step 1Melt unsweetened chocolate with butter in microwave and mix well. Cool. Beat sugar and eggs together in mixing bowl. Add Baileys Irish Cream and the cooled chocolate mixture to the beaten sugar and eggs. Mix well. Stir in flour, salt and chocolate chips. Pour into greased and floured 8 or 9 in. sq. pan. Bake at 325 degrees for approx. 20 minutes (test with wooden pick). Cool completely (about 1 1/2 hours) Pierce brownies with wooden pick randomly. Drizzle 3 tble. Bailey's over brownies, the frost.

Step 2For Frosting: In mixing bowl, combine liqueur and softened butter. Beat well. Gradually add conf. sugar and beat until spreading consistency. Frost cooled brownies. Enjoy!!!
